Tradition Hungarian rolled pastry all made from scratch. Filling is made here in our kitchen (not purchased in a can). We render local pork fat which is used in the pastry for a traditional Beigli just like you would eat in Hungary. These rolls are not too sweet and are perfect served with tea, coffee or for dessert. Sold whole. Please order two weeks prior to desired date needed.
Fillings are made here in our kitchen from scratch. We grind the poppy seeds here, blend all the fresh ingredients and fill the pastry, bake it and send it off to you fresh, never frozen.

Our award winning rosemary focaccia bread made with Greek extra-virgin olive oil, rosemary and sea salt has a delicate hint of rosemary with enough olive oil to balance the palate and the perfect amount of sea salt to bring out those flavors. Local wineries use our twice baked for their tasting rooms. Excellent served with our dips, sauces and sides such as Kalamata Olive Tapenade, Puttanesca Sauce, Marinara Sauce, Vinetta (Romanian Roasted Eggplant Spread) and Ragu Bolognese made with Wagyu beef and local red wine.
